“CNN MoneyStream is an app for fanatics. People are as passionate about business as they are about sports and CNN MoneyStream plays directly to those passions. It's not just a news feed - it allows you to dive deeper into your obsessions - whether that's markets, companies, or the heavy-hitters of industries,” said Andrew Morse, executive vice president of editorial of CNN US. and general manager of CNN digital worldwide.

The app includes features such a customizable streams, CNN content, breaking news alerts, exclusive content and more. It will incorporate “amazing reporting, smart social media posts, videos, charts and other content to help explain the most important news of the day,” according to CNN.

"For example, you can choose to follow Apple or Starbucks or Sheryl Sandberg or John Legere. You can follow the latest news tied to oil prices or the latest tech companies shaking that sector. There's nothing like it in the business news space,” Moore said.

CNN MoneyStream will replace CNNMoney’s app and is available for download on iOS and Android.

CNN MoneyStream will also be on CNN as Christine Romans will deliver the best CNN MoneyStream headlines every day on the morning shows, Early Start and New Day as well on some of the business programs on CNN International.
