iCrossing hires iProspect’s Alistair Dent as chief media officer

Digital marketing agency iCrossing has appointed Alistair Dent as its chief media officer.

iCrossing’s chief executive, Mark Iremonger, said: “This is a significant hire for us. Alistair's broad and deep experience of paid media, combined with his charisma and drive gives us the leader we need for our media discipline.”

Dent’s previously held the role of head of product strategy at iProspect, where he was responsible for the driection of the service portfolio across all digital and performance activities, including media, content, data intelligence and consulting. He was also previously director of paid media at Periscopix.

Dent said of his appointment: "I'm delighted to join an agency with such a great history and reputation. iCrossing has been at the forefront of every advance in media for many years. I'm excited to bring my experience to bear to help our clients push the boundaries of their media activity."
