The deal, which Green Square Associates advised 4Ps on, will see the number of Netbooster employees in the UK swell to 140, with the group having over 850 members of staff globally across 25 locations. Established by co-founders, Matt Phelan and Chris Hyland in 2008, the pair will lead the integration of the agency into its new parent company over the coming months.

Phelan will also be handed a senior global role as part of NetBooster Group’s Strategic Committee to support its global expansion.

Phelan described the news as an "exciting announcement" that was driven by a desire for more national and international work.

"Both NetBooster Group and 4Ps Marketing hold client centricity at their core, with the desire to ensure transparency by remaining as part of an independent agency Group. Clients of 4Ps Marketing will now have full access to NetBooster’s global delivery capabilities, as well as the full suite of performance marketing services, including international data and analytics," he added.

The agency has worked with a number of brands such as Selfridges, Audi, Yotel, Experian, WGSN, Jigsaw, The Drum and Jamie Oliver.
