Jaywing announces acquisition of Bloom

Jaywing has announced the acquisition of digital marketing and data science business Bloom as it continues it strategy of low-risk international growth.

Bloom, based in Leeds, currently has a client base that includes SIG, Arco, EBuyer, Sky and Anytime Fitness, and its chief executive Alex Craven will remain to take on responsible for the development of Jaywing's product portfolio, which will now include product suite Bloom Intelligence.

Their development of industry leading tools such as Whisper has set them apart from many agencies; we especially like how Whisper insight has been used to drive emotionally engaging creative.”

This is the latest acquisition in the growth of Jaywing which acquired Australian marketing agency Digital Massive in July.
