Manchester United’s new Adidas home kit appears to be on sale in Hong Kong even though the club have yet to officially unveil the jersey.

While ‘leaked’ kits are frequently rumoured ahead of the start of a new season the images of the latest Adidas sponsored kit include what looks like official promotional posters of Manchester United midfielder, Ashley Young, modelling the 2016/17 iteration of the red strip.

Adidas and United have so far only teased close-ups of the kit’s design features across social media, however the images of the leaked kit are consistent with the faint two-tone hexagon design revealed in official images.
Adding further weight to the legitimacy of the leaked images is the fact that the design matches that of a kit which was accidentally put on sale in Delhi earlier this year.
Manchester United’s £750m 10-year kit sponsorship with Adidas is now entering its second year following what was the German sports brand’s most successful kit launch in its history with global retailers reporting a 200 per cent rise in day one sales compared to 2014’s kit launch with Nike.
