Siemens AG taps R/GA London for transformative global rebrand

Siemens AG has adopted the talents of R/GA London, retaining it as lead agency to co-create its global employer rebranding strategy and activation.

The agency, which is to open a Berlin office later this year, will be looking to transform the firm, tasked with redefining company’s employer brand to “inspire the next generation of engineering genius both internally and externally”.

Christoph Knorn, global director employer branding at Siemens, said: "We were looking for the rare combination of strong expertise in brand transformation, leading edge digital inspiration, data based development, a good understanding of HR and the ability to support our core markets locally.

“After a careful selection process we felt that R/GA London really brings to the table what we have been asking for. Here are two tech companies teaming up to develop something relevant and impactful."

Matt Lodder, EVP managing director R/GA EMEA, added: “R/GA and Siemens share a DNA in innovation and design and we very quickly established a shared strategic vision for genuine transformation.”

R/GA London has begun to define a strategic positioning that will be globally activated over the coming months in Siemen’s key markets including; the US, China, India, UK, Brazil, Germany and the UAE.
