Earlier this year, Delta Air Lines created a heartwarming video for Mother’s Day featuring a mom who puts tiny notes in her daughter’s lunchbox every day and receives a note back from her daughter when she least expects it. For Father’s Day, the airline has created an equally adorable ad, this time showing the similarities between the role of a pilot and a father.

Created by Wieden + Kennedy New York, the one-minute video features real fathers playing all kinds of airplane-themed games with their sons and daughters.

The spot ends with the message, “To all the pilots on the ground, Happy Father’s Day.”

According to the agency, the ad is meant to draw parallels between “the role of a pilot in guiding the plane and its precious cargo” and "the role of a father as a pilot in a child’s life" as he strives to protect and comfort his children.

The film was shot by Mercadantes, a husband and wife filmmaking team who have created films for a number of brands including Apple, Volkswagen and Netflix.
