McGregor made the phase famous after his victory over Diego Brandao at a UFC event in his home town of Dublin in 2014.

In the ad the UFC featherweight champion address the largely aging squad and insists that they are “are the veterans of this entire competition, there is not a movement, an approach or an obsticale that you have not seen before.”

“It’s time to show these young boys its man’s work not, time to take these young boys back to school.”
