Sudler New York has announced an agency reorganization with the goal of increasing its level of focus in three key areas, ideas, client and people, according to the agency. Part of S&H Group, Sudler NY is a leading healthcare communications network (and part of Y&R Group and WPP) and recently named John Marchese managing director. His main goal will be to create greater cohesion across the entirety of account services, creative and operations.

"These structural decisions were made and will continue to be made to ensure the highest level of energy is maintained for our ideas, our clients and our people. Now is the time to push the boundaries of what we have done in the past—to be fearless and focused on what we do best," stated Marchese.

To reach these goals, six executive vice presidents — Jennifer Boehmer, Jean Christenson, Chris Duffey, Guy Desimini, Megan Robinson, and Diane Vinch — and a new director of operations, Allen Singer, have been appointed. Marchese will continue partnering with David Cherry, EVP and chief digital officer, and Amy Duda and Joe Gattuso, EVPs and directors of strategic planning.

WPP recently announced the acquisition of Viscira, a digital concern based in San Francisco, as part of the Sudler & Hennessey, which generates group revenues of around $6bn.
