Soft-drink maker Belvoir Fruit Farms is launching its largest ever on-pack promotion with a £5000 cash donation to the British Beekeeping Association to support their Friends of the Honey Bee campaign.

Peverel Manners of Belvoir Fruit Farms said: “We make our range of cordials, pressés and fruit crushes from naturally lovely ingredients, none of which would be possible without our friends, the bees. With bee populations in sharp decline in the UK, we wanted to return the favour and help them out.”

The FreeBees promotion, developed by creative agency whynot! thinkpeople, will roll out across 500,000 promotional bottles from the start of May, offering over £1 million worth of prizes. To win, shoppers need to ‘make a beeline’ for the FreeBees website with the unique code found on the neck collar of Elderflower Pressé bottles. There, they release a bee to take them on a journey across the internet to select a prize.

A holiday to Saint Lucia awaits one lucky entrant, while other prizes include Champneys spa days, Neom Organics Essential wellbeing kits, Bee Good eye creams, moisturisers and lip balms, hundreds of Prezzybox head massagers, Ogilvy’s mini honey taster jars, ten annual Honey Pot subscriptions, plus thousands of eVouchers and Neom Organics eBooks.
