RKCR/Y&R enlists Tamsin Djaba as a strategy partner in internal shuffle
RKCR/Y&R has appointed Tamsin Djaba as a strategy partner as it looks to shuffle its internal management structure.
She joins from Droga 5 where she held the role of strategy director, now responsible for leading structure on the agency’s leading clients.
The new structure will see new chief executive Jon Sharpe granted more autonomy.
Sharpe said: “Tamsin has created some of the most innovative and cutting edge creative work in recent years. We have had a busy start to year bringing in new clients such as Premier League and Chanel and, with her impressive and diverse skill set, we look forward to Tamsin helping us build the businesses of both new and existing clients.”
Tamsin Djaba added: “I have always admired RKCR/Y&R and how it creates ideas that live at the very heart of British culture. Jon’s vision of creating culturally relevant ideas with clout and scale, as well as pushing the agency towards more diverse outcomes is something I am passionate about and can’t wait to contribute towards.”
