Laurent Ezekiel, DigitasLBi’s global client services director, will now serve as managing director of the agency’s New York and Atlanta offices.

He takes on responsibilities that were previously held by DigitasLBi’s New York region president Joanne Zaiac, who has now moved into the role of chief operating officer for North America at the agency.

Ezekiel, who has been with DigitasLBi for more than 13 years, will now be tasked with driving growth and development at the agency’s New York and Atlanta offices. He will split his time between New York and London, reporting to both North American chief executive Tony Weisman and global chief executive Luke Taylor.

In his role as global client services director, Ezekiel manages relationships for some of the agency’s largest clients, including GSK and Unilever. Under his leadership, the agency has opened offices in the Middle East and Sydney. He has also been instrumental in growing DigitasLBi’s Hong Kong office.

Before joining DigitasLBi, he held roles at Grey Interactive, UBS and Time Out.
