MIPTV 2016: 108 Media founder and CEO Abhi Rastogi talks new partnership with Viva Red

108 Media, a Canada-based licensing and distribution company, announced this week at MIPTV in Cannes a new partnership with Viva Red. The two are launching and operating a mobile SVOD app called SeeMe, which will be distributed by China Mobile and China Telecom.
