The three women that achieve the most votes in this public vote will advance to the final stage of the process, which involves pitching to a panel of industry experts at The Drum Search Awards judging.

The Drum, working in conjunction with Google, collected nominations for women who have made the most impact in the field. These nominations have been whittled down to a 50-strong list including Suzie Rafla, head of performance, Havas Media Group; Maria Mitsostergiou, head of search, Somo; Catherine Nuss, Operation director, search & biddable EMEA, MediaCom and Lisa Cooley, biddable director, PHD Media.

You can view the full list of nominees and vote for an individual via the dedicated website here. Voting is open until 8 April.

The awards, sponsored by Google and Bing Ads, will take place 8 June at the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel. For more information visit The Drum Search Awards website.
