Youth agency Livity has hired Brave’s innovation strategist Felix Morgan to take on similar duties in a newly-created role.

He joins the business as senior strategist and innovation lead, working with clients such as Unilever, Barclays and Google to reach younger audiences. He sits within Livity’s strategy department and reports to managing director Alex Goat.

Commenting on the appointment, Goat said: “Felix is a brilliant addition to the team at Livity. His passion for behavioural economics, communications innovation and technology brings a whole new dimension to our Insight and Strategy offering.

"No group's relationship with technology is moving faster than with young people, so as a youth agency it's imperative we're able to unite these skills with our unique ethnographic understanding of the audience to make truly great work."

Prior to joining, Morgan was at Brave where he served as innovation lead and prior to that was at its sister agency HeyHuman in a similar role.

The hire aims to strengthen Livity’s offering to advertisers, which is predicated on its understanding of younger consumers. However, rather than gain that expertise through focus groups and research panels, the agency has its audience creating the very campaigns that would target them. It’s been working this way for 14 years now, giving it the time to establish itself as a creative shop not just known for the business value its work can generate but also the social impact it has.
