It's time for your weekly bulletin of weird news from the marketing world. And this week, many signs of the upcoming apocalypse reared their head.

William Hill dressed a horse in tweed to mark the opening of the Cheltenham Festival, DigitasLBi and Plume Lab released elite environmentalist pigeons into London and Partick Thistle mascot Kingsley found love – albeit briefly.
