The internet goes wild as Lin-Manuel Miranda performs White House freestyle rap Obama swansong
Barack Obama has opened the doors to his home to allow freestyle rapper Lin-Manuel Miranda to sing his presidential swansong from the famous Rose Garden.
Helping things along with a series of prompt cards Obama’s ‘Rose Garden Freestyle’ saw the West Wing creator belt out a roll call of his achievements in a rhyming melody style.
Rattling through Obamacare, NASA, immigrants and the supreme court for an eclectic impromptu singalong.
Obama was suitably impressed by the performance, remarking to camera: “How good is that?” the president asked. “You think that’s going viral? That’s going viral."
Wait for it...#Bam4Hamhttps://t.co/vpwTuNf5zn
