Schwarzenegger backs John Kasich in Snapchat’s first presidential endorsement

Arnold Schwarzenegger has scored an internet first after issuing the first ever presidential endorsement on Snapchat with a recorded snippet in which The Terminator star backs Republican John Kasich.

Such endorsements have become de-rigeur on Twitter and Instagram but Schwarzenegger has become the first to embrace Snapchat to back his old friend, whilst the two were out campaigning in Ohio.

Schwarzenegger has been an active Snapchatter in recent months having used the service to document a bicycle tour around Edinburgh and issue a message of support to fellow muscle man Sylvester Stallone - much to the delight of his fans.
