Creative Works Ad of the Week: Dogs Trust - #SomeoneSpecial

Dogs Trust is aiming to give thousands of rescue dogs their second chance at a happy home with a new campaign created by Kitcatt Nohr.

Voted Ad of the Week by The Drum readers, the #SpecialSomeone push hopes to raise awareness of rescue dogs and persuade anyone thinking of getting a dog to visit a Dogs Trust centre and change a rescue dog’s life forever.

In creating the ad Kitcatt Nohr and Dogs Trust found a significant trend in dog purchasing behavior with a new growing trend for buying dogs online. As a result, rescue dogs have been forgotten by all but a very special type of dog owner. Hailed ‘Quiet Heroes’ these dog owners are #SomeoneSpecial.
