RBH has appointed new creative directors Craig ‘Woody’ Wood and Jason ‘Vinny’ Vinciguerra to help drive the business forward.

RBH's Craig ‘Woody’ Wood and Jason ‘Vinny’ Vinciguerra.

The established duo join from Cogent Elliott, where they spent eight years working as a highly successful team, notching up over seventy creative awards, including six golds at last year’s Roses Awards.

RBH’s multi-disciplined marketing approach combined with its own ecommerce fashion business, Young British Designers, provides the perfect backdrop for the duo’s brand of “balls-out, slap-you-in-the-face-and-poke-you-in-the-eye, bottom-spanking, nipple-twisting brand ideas,” says Wood.

“This is a hugely exciting time to be joining an agency we’ve always admired. RBH is a really strong brand in the industry that most definitely practices what it preaches. They’ve long been known for great ideas that are superbly crafted and we’re looking forward to delivering that and more.”

Vinciguerra added: “What really impressed us about RBH is that it’s a very forward-thinking agency with a strong digital offering. The client list is also enviably fresh, with a slant on fashion and new retail destinations that we can’t wait to get stuck into. There’s a real appetite to create great work here and we’re relishing the challenge of raising the bar even further, making existing client relationships stronger and creating some new ones too.”

Founded in 1996, the new appointments mark the beginning of RBH’s third decade as an independent agency. Managing director Debra Hepburn said: “RBH has always been about creativity and seeking out great people to produce amazing work for our clients is at the heart of everything that we do. More than ever, brilliant creative communications are the only way to cut through – and finding people who are brave, up for every challenge and ready to zig instead of zag when needed is key. Woody and Vinny are all that and more and we can’t wait for them to get stuck in. There are more exciting developments afoot in the RBH creative team and the journey most definitely doesn’t end here, there’s more news on the horizon so watch out for the next instalment!”

RBH works with clients including Drayton Manor Theme Park, Duck and Cover, Grand Central Birmingham, Jaguar Land Rover, Peugeot, Resorts World Birmingham and Wacoal.
