Content creation network CreativeDrive makes senior hires and expands into Asia
NYC-based CreativeDrive, a new content creation network made up of studios including Sandbox, OneKreate, and Dune, has announced that it is expanding into Asia and is growing its senior team to keep up with the growing “demand for visual content across retail channels.”
"We think the web is entering a new phase we call the visual web' where showing is essential to selling. This is why content is so important - particularly visual content," noted CreativeDrive CEO Paul Price.
CreativeDrive currently has 15 locations throughout the US and offers content creation services including strategy, photography and video. It works with brands within the fashion, athletic and home furnishing industries including Bloomingdale’s and The Limited.
In additional to its global expansion and new hires, the company is also expanding its e-commerce and mobile commerce offering.
In Asia, CreativeDrive has partnered with China-based W.Studio, which specializes in photography, post-production and graphics. Additionally, the company is rolling out a new technology desinged to manage the end-to-end creation and distribution of visual content for print, digital, still and video.
Cecilia Streit is joining CreativeDrive as chief growth officer. Previously, she served as senior account executive for digital solutions at RR Donnelley.
Jared Koesten has been named chief people officer and will “play a key role in developing talent acquisition strategies.” Previously, he served as vice president of human resources at Zimmerman Advertising.
Last October, Tom Caputo was appointed as chief operations officer. He joined from Saks Fifth Avenue where he led in-house photo studio operations. Davia De Croix, known for her magazine work on Cosmopolitan, George, Talk Magazine and Money in addition to brands like Nike and DVF, joined last year as creative director.
