Apple embraces social media support, finally landing on Twitter
Apple has at last created a Twitter account tasked with helping its customers maintain their hardware, in addition to granting tips and tricks about its products.
The iPhone producer has notably been absent from social media for a number of years with it instead favouring footfall at its Genius bars around the world.
Expanding upon the Twitter accounts of its offshoots, Beats 1, Apple Music, and iTunes, @AppleSupport will bolster the company’s minimal social media presence.
Below are the first few tweets from Apple Support, issued today (Thursday 3 March).
