iCrossing hires Paula Jago for head of UK operations role

Digital marketing agency iCrossing has appointed Paula Jago as its head of UK operations to develop and execute the agency’s UK growth and operational strategy.

Jago joins iCrossing from the Professional Intelligence Academy, where she held the position of chief operating officer/chief of staff. While there she authored two books, worked across a diverse portfolio of companies, agency and client-side, and worked on projects ranging from business transformation strategy to talent audits.

iCrossing’s UK CEO, Mark Iremonger said of Jago's appointment: “As our industry evolves we cannot rest on our operational laurels and think that just because we have served our clients and people well in the past, we are set to do so in the future.

"We must continuously innovate in our models to create outstanding work for our clients, delivered by a highly motivated team who are at the heart of our business. We’re delighted to have Paula join us to help do this."

Jago will report into Iremonger in London.
