DigitasLBi has boosted its senior talent in its Singapore office after a string of new business wins, including UOB, Pernod Ricard and Unilever.

The agency has hired Knox Balbastro as regional associate creative director, Lauren Ahearn as business director and Lawrence Lee as strategy lead.

Annette Male, managing director at DigitasLBi Singapore, said, “After a fantastic 2015 when we doubled the size of the office, we want to continue building on our success and growing our scale in 2016. By bringing this talented trio onboard, we will further our ability to support our clients on their individual journeys of digital transformation here in Singapore and across APAC.”

Balbastro joins from Isobar, where she was a senior copywriter on accounts such as Republic of Singapore Navy and Uniqlo, and has won many industry awards, including a Cannes Lions.

Ahearn joins from Tribal/DDB Singapore, where she was responsible for SEA Unilever business for the past two years, and will now head up the Unilever account, as well as the Disney account.

Lee will also work across Disney and Unilever, joining from Gyro, where he spent the last two years as a strategic consultant.
