The annual gathering of advertising, creative, entertainment, marketing, media and technology industry leaders has been hosted at Bafta since 2013, however the week-long event will be held at the Picturehouse Central this year to provide more space for the increasingly popular event.

Advertising Week Europe 2015 attracted over 30,000 attendees, more than 10,000 delegates and over 700 speakers from across the advertising and creative industries.

Advertising Week Europe chief executive, Matt Scheckner, said: “Bafta was where we began and the partnership with this great institution and the neighboring St. James’s Church, Piccadilly was a fantastic home from our first three years.

“Looking to the future and the needs of our partners and delegates, we simply needed breathing room. Picturehouse appeared almost magically at just the right time in just the right location and we are thrilled to stay in the same Piccadilly Circus area and be able to do much more for our constituents.”

As well as the change of venue Advertising Week organisers also revealed that Southwark Cathedral will host the opening gala, while Soho Theatre will host a new industry led comedy event and Scala and Koko will both host live concerts. Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club will return as the host of the leadership Breakfast series

This year’s event, which The Drum will be covering as the official media partner, returns to London for the fourth time and will take place from 18-22 April. Registration is now open via the Advertising Week website.
