Propel has extended the deadline for its salary survey

The research is the seventh year the recruitment agency has partnered with The Drum to run its Digital Salary & Industry Insights survey.

Last year the survey had over 1800 submissions and this year the research will go to a new level, looking not only at salary comparisons between level of seniority and skill set, but also offering insight into the factors that drive engagement of talent at all levels of your business. All types of agencies will be covered such as affiliates, content management, social, technology commercial and search amongst more.

“We have had a fantastic response to the survey for this research, which we are taking to a new level.” said James Webb, managing director of Propel London. “Attracting and retaining talent is, we believe, the most important consideration for businesses operating in the digital economy. Our survey will look at not only salary comparisons, but also will offer insight into the factors that drive engagement of talent at all levels of business."

Data will be broken down even further by seniority with junior being defined as some with between 0-3 years’ experience and non-management; mid-level as 3-7 years’ experience in a mid-management role and senior as someone with 8+ years’ experience at a senior management level. C-level is classed as someone who is a country manager, director or has board level status.

The survey is available for completion here.
