Ad of the Day: Elan Skis - Men all over the world are crying
Brave male sports stars are brought to tears in today’s ad of the day, but what has broken these men?
World Cup alpine ski racer, Christian Mayer; Olympic and World Cup medallist, Flip Flisar and World Champion, Davo Karničar are amongst those baring their souls, ultimately admitting to be madly, hopelessly in love with something that cannot be theirs: The Elan Delight – skis designed for women, wanted by all.
Though tongue-in-cheek with the pay off the ad follows the path laid by Axe in its new global campaign showing a softer side to masculinity. As these real heroes confess to crying for reasons many would consider banal the campaign professes ‘A real hero is never afraid to show his true feelings.’
