The British Red Cross has appointed Zone as its digital strategy partner as the charity looks to becomes more user-centred and connect with a larger audience.

Zone, which was appointed following a pitch, has been tasked with reviewing the digital strategy to define the scope and nature of the transformation required to realise the charity’s ambitions.

Rosie Slater, chief information officer at The British Red Cross, who was brought on board last April to develop and implement the charity's technology and digital strategy, said: "We have a huge range of UK services which have already been made more efficient and effective through the adoption of digital. Our strategy now needs to reflect the scale of our service and ensure people in crisis are at its very heart."

The British Red Cross joins other Zone charity clients including Prostate Cancer UK, RSPB and National Trust.
