Thamesview overhaul will bring 18 London estate agent brands under unified Dexters name
The Thamesview Group is plotting an overhaul to the business which will see its some 18 different estate agents rebranded under the name of its central London and Surrey arm, The Drum understands.
The group’s high street estate agent brands are spread throughout London and Surrey, each specialising in selling and letting property for the local market.
For example, Waterview manages the company’s waterside properties while Square Mile Estate Agents focuses on the South West and the City of London.
However, in a bid to create a unified image all 18 sub-brands will be overhauled and renamed Dexters.
Dexters is the company’s leading estate agent and operates in over 35 London boroughs.
The reband is likely to be completed in the coming months.
Dexters had not returned The Drum’s request for comment at the time of writing.
