Creston Unlimited

British Airways (BA) is looking to work its customer data harder with the hire of Creston Unlimited and its partner Aquila Insight to handle its customer relationship management (CRM) work.

The hire of Creston and Aquila will support the team’s united vision to bring marketing and commercial closer together to turn customer experience into the brand’s key differentiator.

Brand & Deliver

Brand & Deliver has been appointed by Lorton Entertainment to handle brand partnerships for the feature length documentary about rock ‘n’ roll band Oasis.

A spokesperson for Lorton Distribution said: “We want to connect with leading brands who can identify with the legend that is oasis and help promote this unique film to cult and new audiences.”

Fusion Media

Etixx, a leading European sports nutrition brand and title sponsor of Etixx-Quickstep Professional Cycling Team, has appointed Fusion Media as its PR and social media agency.

The London-based agency are specialists in cycling and endurance and will manage all of the company’s UK PR and social media requirements with the aim of increasing brand awareness and engagement with target consumers.

Pavla Kopecna

Pavla Kopecna is celebrating two new tech wins with upcoming launches for a street performance app called BuSK, and the UK’s first valet parking app called Vallie.

The agency will orchestrate a launch that will include a series of lunchtime street performances during the weekend of 27 – 29 November in central London, before working with The Busking Project founder and CEO Nick Broad on a long term public engagement strategy that will see the BuSK app through launches in Australia and the US.

On Vallie Pavla Kopecna will work on securing press coverage around the city of London pilot launch, with exclusives in the London and national tech press.

Global

We Are Pi

Heineken has appointed Amsterdam-based We Are Pi to be its lead global communications partner for the Desperados brand.

The Desperados brand team will work with the agency to develop communications with a focus on digital experiences and social activations to reinforce the brand’s position as an iconic drink for the millennial generation.

Manifest

Communications agency Manifest has been appointed by Yorkshire-based Little Valley Brewery an integrated package of comms support to help drive sales both at home and abroad.

The company is approaching its ten-year anniversary, and the plan is to increase UK sales and break new export markets.

Anomaly

Build-your-own website platform Squarespace has tapped Anomaly as its lead agency ahead of the brand’s third Super Bowl appearance.

The agency will be tasked with handling business strategy, brand campaigns and creative moving forward. It will also handle media strategy but not buying.
