Telegraph Media Group, AutoTrader and Dax scoop top prizes at IPA Media Owner Awards
AutoTrader, Telegraph Media Group and Dax scooped some of the top prizes at tonight's (17 November) IPA Media Owner Awards (IPA MOA), which took place at London's Bloomsbury Ballroom.
Currently in its fourth year, IPA MOA is designed to showcase best practice in the levels of service that online media owners provide to agencies, with the aim of raising the digital standard in general.
AutoTrader took home the gong for Best Online Campaign for Mini's 'Great British Weekends', while Quantcast picked up the award for Best Media Owner.
Telegraph Media Group won across both the Best at Cross-Media and Unsung Hero of the Year categories – the latter of which was awarded to Emma Porteous, the company's advertising operations manager.
Dax, Global's audio streaming service, collected the Best Technology prize.
The awards were judged by industry experts including: Pete Robins, co-founder of Agenda21, Ben Bisco, head of digital at JD Williams, Liz Hamilton, group commercial director at The Drum and Suzy Ryder, managing partner digital and technology of OMD
Robins, who served as chairman of judges said: “Chairing the awards again has highlighted that in 2015 the digital part of the media industry is still full of drive and innovation, and that regardless of all the smart tech, the quality of people is even more important than ever."
