Jules Goldup joins INK Digital’s global strategy team
INK Digital, a multi-award winning creative agency with studios in Halifax, West Yorkshire and Melbourne, Australia has appointed Jules Goldup as senior strategist at its UK base.
Jules joins as the fourth member of INK's strategy team following 18 months as a digital manager at Leeds communications agency, Vista. This new role will see Goldup managing and keeping track of all projects on the agency's global client roster.
Discussing her appointment, Goldup said: "Plenty of friends had suggested INK as an ace agency to work with in the past, and I was super lucky to be in the right place at the right time when I was contacted by the team. I love having a broad mixture of projects to work on, and I really enjoy problem solving and figuring out the best way to approach things - I can’t wait to get stuck in!"
With 12 years' digital experience working with brands including Virgin Atlantic, ITV, BMW, Harrods and Unilever, Jules impressed Helen Darlington, founder and head of creative strategy at INK from the get-go.
Darlington said: "We take our time when recruiting for our team. It’s super important to ensure our newbies are a perfect fit in personality and skills. We’d had a few interviews, then Jules walked in and was like a breath of fresh air. She’s super positive, very knowledgeable, nothing fazes her and she totally gets our standpoint. She’s only been with us a few weeks but it feels like she’s always been part of the team."
