Littlewood’s has continued its “Littlewoods touch” theme in this year's Christmas advert featuring brand ambassador Myleene Klass.

The film shows a family on Christmas Eve, with the mum at the centre, as the viewer is introduced to each member of the family a gift appears surrounded by gold dust and then wrapped.

Julian Vizard, creative partner at St Luke’s said that the advert showed “how special the feeling is for mum when she knows her family are about to get exactly what they really want for Christmas.”

The online retailer famously allows customers to spread the cost of purchases, group marketing director of Shop Direct Group, Kenyatte Nelson, commented the campaign “captures the emotion and anticipation of Christmas Eve”.

Klass provides the soundtrack to the advert; an arrangement of One Republic’s Counting Stars. She is shown in the ad playing the song on a grand piano in a snowy forest.
