BBC Children in Need teams up with Lucasfilm & Disney for one-off Star Wars sketch
The BBC has announced that its annual charity drive Children in Need will this year partner with Lucasfilm and Disney to produce a one-off Star Wars themed sketch.
Popular characters from the franchise universe such as R2-D2 and C-3PO as well as a phalanx of stormtroopers will be co-opted to the fundraising drive with everyone’s favourite Ewok Warwick Davis also making an appearance.
This will see Warwick tasked with triggering the first all-important donations totaliser of the night.
Viewers are invited to tune in on Friday 13 November at 19:30 to see the on-screen antics for themselves.
