MC&C has named PHD’s business director and deputy head of performance Mark Jackson as managing director.

He is slated to join in February of next year as one of three hires the agency has recently made to further its growth.

JAA’s Genevieve Tompkins joined as board business director this week and Charlotte Eagland, consultant manager at Omnicom’s Brand Science, is joining as head of analytics.

Mike Colling, CEO and founder of MC&C Group, said of the hires: “This is the first time that we have hired in at such scale at this level. We have three motivations to make what is a considerable investment. Firstly to support the accelerating growth that we have enjoyed in 2015, and our commitment to clients to drive growth through innovation. Secondly to support our own team. The injection of this senior talent enables them to continue to grow and develop faster via a broader set of mentors. And finally to enable senior members of our board to progress further within our new Group structure.”

MC&C’s clients include Royal Mail, The Family Building Society, and Warner Leisure Hotels.
