Etihad Airways has partnered with tech giant Adobe to improve its digital efforts for both its business and guests.

The link-up will see Adobe’s cloud products roll out across Etihad Airways businesses as the airline aims to provide a seamless digital experience for customers. It partners, which include Air Berlin, Alitalia, and Jet Airways, will also benefit.

With Adobe’s technology, the airline said it will be able to enhance its digital marketing capabilities to provide tailored and personalised services worldwide.

Robert Webb, chief information and technology officer at Etihad Airways, said: “The delivery of a cloud-based integrated solution that supports our wider vision was a critical element in our decision to select Adobe. Cloud-based systems give us cost-effective, secure and future-proofed solutions that provides cutting edge customer-focused technology.”

The partnership will also provide hundreds of Etihad Airways’ employees and those of its partners with training to further boost the digital skills of the staff in areas including analytics, cross-channel campaign measurement, and social media measurement.
