ORM adds to senior team with new delivery director and project director

Digital agency ORM has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Neil Hampshire as delivery director and John Coghill as project director.

Hampshire joins from OgilvyOne where he managed global, multi-million pound programmes of work. In his new role at ORM, he will be responsible for growing the delivery capability and driving best in class execution across the agency.

Hampshire said: "The fact that ORM has created this new role, with a focus on world-class delivery, is a clear signal of intent from the business about its plans for the future. I’m delighted to be part of the ORM team.”

Coghill joins from DigitasLBi as project director, having spent a number of years in the consulting and professional services sector. With an immediate focus on ORM's travel, retail and entertainment clients, he aims to play a leading role in the company's ambitious expansion plans.

Coghill said: "ORM is an exciting place to be right now and the agency is at a pivotal point in its journey. Professional project delivery will be a key factor in making sure we achieve our full potential."
