Barbie is looking to empower girls with its first campaign since appointing BBDO earlier in the year.

Created by BBDO San Francisco, in conjunction with BBDO New York, online film ‘Imagine the Possibilities,’ returns the brand to its roots and celebrates young girls’ journeys of self-discovery.

Using hidden cameras, the campaign captures people’s reactions as girls play out the situations they imagine with their Barbies in real life, such as being a soccer coach and a vet.
