Welcome to The Drum's Brand Vine chart, powered by Burst, the short-form social video specialists.

The chart is ranked on the number of loops generated by brands on the video sharing service each week.

McDonald's UK clinched the top spot with a promo for its Great Tastes of the World range, which invited viewers to play a game and share their results via Twitter.

At number two was Dunkin' Donuts with a video celebrating National Coffee Day - offering caffine lovers a cup of medium dark roast on the house.

And Buzzfeed claimed third place. The publisher's 'You betta werk' meme clip generated a loop percentage increase of 36.1 per cent, bringing its total loop tally to 15m.

Marmite, American Apparel and Angry Birds also made it into the chart.
