Karsh Hagan: Platform T Packaging

Title: Packaging
Agency: Karsh Hagan
Agency Website: karshhagan.com
Executive Creative Director: Charlotte Isoline

Published: June 2015
Short Rationale: "To coincide with their brand launch and opening of their first tea lounge, Platform T needed packaging that embodied their fresh take on the tradition of tea. The custom copper tin with stamped logo mark was designed to be sophisticated yet modern. The topographic pattern invites the drinker to dream of travel while the icons and typefaces show the brand’s playful nature. The smooth metallic tin contrasts the rustic wood and stone textures of the lounge’s interior. To further bring to life the lure of travel and the global story of tea, their high-end reserve line was inspired by the ornate iron archways that frame train stations all over the globe."
Sleek Machine: Century 21 '#SoundsofHome'
Brand: Century 21

Agency: Sleek Machine/Boston
Agency Website: http://sleekmachine.com/
CCO/Writer: Tim Cawley
Art Director: Jess Ruggieri
Senior Integrated Producer: Ben Ouellette
Director/Editor: Nick Agri
Published: September 2015
Short Rationale: Since Facebook's autoplay videos don't play sound until the viewer engages, Sleek Machine helped real estate company Century 21 'turn a negative into a positive' by building a campaign around comforting sounds - like the sound of bacon sizzling. The short videos autoplay as silent films on Facebook, but Century 21 hopes that the imagery captures viewer attention and prompts them to click on the videos and listen to the sounds as well. The campaign urges viewers to either enjoy the brand's videos or 'simply spend time at home,' and the 15-second videos end with the following call-to-action - 'Find yours at C21.com.'
