Sheraton Hotels & Resorts has unveiled the television installment of its $100m multi-channel marketing campaign that launched earlier this month.

Created by Publicis’s Marcel New York and called ‘Where Actions Speak Louder,’ the global campaign positions the hotel chain as one that is constantly aiming to enhance the guest experience through new products and partnerships with a renewed focus on customer service.

Print elements for the campaign launched on 9 September, and the commercials break on national networks and global cable channels on Tuesday 22 September.

The spots are set to run until 2017 and mark the brand’s return to TV for the first time in nearly a decade, according to Publicis.

The ads will run during the season premieres of Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder, Madam Secretary, and during the series finale of CSI.
