Immediate future, the independent digital social consultancy, is appealing to business to take part in a short online survey to help brands’ benchmark their real-time social performance against wider industry.

Katy Howell, chief executive officer of immediate future, said: “Adapting to the demands of an always-on audience is the biggest is the biggest social challenge facing brands today. Real-time social is a real buzzword in the industry. It’s sexy stuff for sure, some would say a necessity, but it in practice it ain’t that easy to do well!

“We carried out a similar survey last year, so it’ll be interesting to see how far things have progressed over the past twelve months.”

Participants in the survey will receive an advance copy of the report as a thank you from immediate future.
