BBDO New York wins Priceline.com account

Discount travel site Priceline.com has chosen BBDO New York as its agency of record after a review that began four months ago.

The agency will be tasked with creating integrated marketing campaigns for the brand that include television, digital and social elements. New work is expected to roll out in 2016.

Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners previously handled creative for Priceline. BBDO New York’s win follows other business it won this summer, including Subway and Toys ‘R Us.

Brett Keller, chief marketing officer at Priceline, said: “Priceline.com has a track record of award-winning campaigns that resonate with consumers and we believe that this partnership will allow us to accelerate our integrated marketing efforts and maximize growth.”

Priceline.com is part of The Priceline Group, which owns other travel sites including Booking.com and Kayak.
