Arthritis Research UK, a charity dedicated to stopping the devastating impact of arthritis on people's lives has appointed e3 to review and revise its digital strategy.

Arthritis can affect the joints, bones and muscles.

The charity’s remit covers all conditions which affect the joints, bones and muscles, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, back pain and osteoporosis. It funds research into the cause, treatment and cure of arthritis and provide information on how to maintain healthy joints and bones, and how to live well with arthritis.

e3’s work over the next three years will provide both the ongoing management and future development of Arthritis Research UK’s digital presence (developed on a Sitecore CMS) while also taking the lead in the strategy and execution of ongoing digital campaigns and projects.

Zoe Camper, Head of Digital Arthritis Research UK: “We were looking for a digital agency that were a Sitecore specialist and ideally had experience in the charity sector. We were greatly impressed by e3’s knowledge, enthusiasm and strategic approach, combined with the agency’s status as a Sitecore CMS Gold partner.”

Neil Collard, managing director of e3, said: “One of the real pleasures we get is from doing innovative work for charities and making a difference so we’re looking forward to creating something unique, engaging and effective for Arthritis Research UK.”

e3’s previous experience in the charity sector includes work with The National Trust, UNICEF and the NSPCC.
