Richard Curtis, Sheryl Sandberg and Sir John Hegarty lead Advertising Week NY line-up
A star studded line-up of advertising, creative, entertainment, marketing, media and technology heavyweights have been named for Advertising Week New York.
Running from 28 September to 2 October the week-long event will welcome Emmy & Bafta award winning director Richard Curtis as well as BBH founder Sir John Hegarty to stage two of 250 evening seminars to talk about their work on Project Everyone.
Other highlights include the return of Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg to discuss all things social media and a content discussion chaired by Sir Martin Sorrell with producer Alex Da Kid and ICM digital chief Jonathan Perelman.
Elsewhere Ad Week continues its CEO Connectors series by bringing on board the likes of Mashable chief Pete Cashmore, New York Times CEO Mark Thompson and Jon Steinberg of the Daily Mail.
A series of special events are also planned throughout the Big Apple including an opening gala in St Bart’s cathedral on Park Avenue, a Terminal 5 concert and a stand-up live event with new Daily Show host Trevor Noah.
