Honey Maid’s latest ad features a disabled aunt making snacks with her niece
Graham cracker brand Honey Maid has rolled out another heartwarming video as part of its ‘This Is Wholesome’ campaign that features a disabled woman teaching her niece how to make apple and cheddar melts.
The commercial features Stephanie Woodward, a disabled woman who is a disability rights lawyer. She is also director of advocacy at The Center for Disability Rights.
Created by Droga5, it’s the latest in a string of spots under the campaign that celebrate all of the different types of families living in America.
Previous ones have featured an immigrant family, a single dad, and a same-sex couple.
This latest spot coincides with the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which prohibits discrimination based on disability.
