Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi has hired Roc Nation’s Jeff Geisler as its first global chief marketing officer (CMO) where he will lead the agency’s global growth, brand, and new business initiatives.

Previously, he served as CMO at entertainment company Roc Nation, founded and owned by Jay Z. Throughout his career he has worked at agencies including BBH and McCann.

The agency has also hired Carol Miller-Repetto as chief operating officer of its Procter & Gamble (P&G) business, where she will lead P&G teams in all markets to create integrated communications for several of its brands globally.

Miller-Repetto has been with Saatchi & Saatchi since 1998 and most recently served as brand agency leader as well as EVP-global equity director where she worked on P&G’s Head and Shoulders and Fixodent brands.

The new additions come on the heels of other key hires including David Hackworthy’s appointment as chief strategy officer earlier this month as the agency builds out its global leadership team.

Robert Senior, chief executive officer of Saatchi & Saatchi, said: “Saatchi & Saatchi is delighted to welcome Jeff and Carol to the leadership. We have momentum for growth, and in an industry based entirely on talent, it’s critical to have the right people in the right positions. We have moved decisively in 2015 to bring several new people to the leadership table as we begin the next phase of our journey.”

Saatchi & Saatchi’s clients include Diageo, General Mills, and T-Mobile.
