Pandora names DigitasLBi’s San Francisco office as lead media agency
Music streaming service Pandora has hired DigitasLBi SF as its lead media agency.
Previously, Interpublic Group's Compass Point Media handled media efforts for the company.
DigitasLBi joins TwoFifteenMcCann, which currently serves as Pandora’s lead creative agency.
The move comes as the internet radio company, which launched long before rivals including Spotify and Apple Music, is forced to bump up its marketing efforts in order to compete for users in an increasingly crowded space.
Earlier this year, Pandora acquired music analytics firm Next Big Sound to pair its listening data with the company’s insights surrounding the industry.
