Pitt starts her new role in September.

She joined the media business in March 2014. Prior to this she worked for BBC Worldwide and Haymarket, before spending two and half years as a head-hunter at The Lighthouse Company specialising in the media, advertising and marketing sectors.

Commenting on the appointment, Pitt said she was “proud of the achievements” her team has delivered for Havas.

“The challenges in attracting, retaining and growing talent remain one of the biggest focuses for our industry, so I am delighted to be returning to head-hunting at such a dynamic time,” she added.

Claire Fuller, co-founder at FullerGirling, said that the firm was “delighted” to welcome Pitt onboard and that she is the “perfect fit” for the evolving business.

FullerGirling was established in 2002. Previous clients have included WPP, Publicis Groupe, Omnicom Media Group, News UK, Sky and Viacom.
