Head of social at Yahoo UK, Nikki Barr, says media companies have to maintain a presence at all times across as many platforms as possible.

The Drum asked Nikki for her top tip for media companies when it comes to using social media and she highlighted the importance of being “everywhere all at once and always online.”

Nikki, who joined Yahoo UK in 2013, spoke to The Drum at the Online Media Awards 2015 where she collected the award for Best Use of Social Media for Yahoo's 6-second celebrity Vine interviews.
